Delete your account

This is the public deletion page for Atrium. You do not need the mobile app.

Synthetic Echo Inc deletes Atrium accounts on request. Deletion removes your login, profile, memberships, blocks, and device tokens. An active Atrium membership is cancelled so it does not renew. Messages you already sent in a shared room are kept for the other people in that room and shown as “Former member.”

Delete it yourself

1. Sign in on the website.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm with the word DELETE.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, email nathan@echo-hub.ai from the address on the account, with the subject “Account deletion request.” Include the email you used to register. We will delete the account and reply when it is done. This page is the web address for deletion requests: https://www.echo-hub.ai/account/delete.
