Terms

Last updated 2 October 2026. These terms are the end-user license for Atrium.

These terms are an agreement between you and Synthetic Echo Inc for Atrium, including the website at echo-hub.ai and the mobile apps that sign in to the same service. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

The service

Atrium is a community space for conversation, courses, events, and live voice rooms. Other members can see what you post in a room you both belong to. You are responsible for the content you submit and for keeping your login to yourself.

Objectionable content

Atrium has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We remove content and accounts that break these rules, and we do not reinstate them for a repeated violation.

You will not post or send any of the following:

• Harassment, threats, or hate directed at a person or group.
• Sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any exploitation of a minor.
• Content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else’s copyright or privacy.
• Spam, scams, or malware.

There is no exception for humor, a quote, or a private message. Report a message or a person from the conversation menu. Block a person to hide their messages from your view. Moderators review reports and may remove the content, suspend the member, or delete the account. We may also act without a report when we become aware of a violation.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Synthetic Echo Inc permission to store it and display it to the people who are allowed to see that room, for as long as the content stays up. Deleting your account removes your profile. It does not rewrite a shared room; those messages remain attributed to a former member.

Paid membership and courses

Some courses and the Atrium membership are paid. The price, currency, and billing interval are shown before you pay. Stripe charges the payment method you provide. Cancelling stops future renewals. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it, or where a course page says otherwise. Deleting your account cancels an active Atrium membership so it does not keep renewing.

Accounts

You must give a real email address and accept these terms at signup. We may refuse or close an account that breaks these rules, that we cannot verify, or that puts other members at risk. You may delete your own account at any time from Settings or by using the deletion page.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as available. Community posts are the authors’ own words, not professional advice from Synthetic Echo Inc. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for another member’s content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
